SoftCo (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the https://softco.com website (the “Service”). We are the
controller in relation to Personal Data (defined below) collected on this Service.
This Privacy Statement informs you of how we collect, use, and disclose your Personal Data when you
use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data

It is important that you read this Privacy Statement together with any other privacy notice or fair
processing notice we may provide on specific occasions when we are collecting or processing data
about you so that you are fully aware of how and why we are using your data. This Privacy Statement
supplements the other notices and is not intended to override them. Please do not use our site or send
us any personal data if you do not want your data to be used in the way set out in this Privacy
Statement.

We do not collect any Special Categories of Personal Data about you (this includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health and genetic and biometric data). Nor do we collect any information about criminal convictions and offences.

Usage Data

We may also collect information how the Service is accessed and used (“Usage Data”). may be shared with our marketing team. The marketing team may use this information to contact you
regarding future events, services and products that may be of interest to you. Your information may
also be shared with 3rd parties such as partners of SoftCo. For a full list of all 3rd parties please contact
compliance@softco.com. In instances where our webinars are hosted in collaboration with third party
organisations, we may share your registration details with these third-party hosts. Additionally, these
third-party hosts may contact you directly. The sharing of this contact information is essential for the
operational aspects of the webinar, to provide you with comprehensive information related to the
webinar topic, and to offer you related services and products that might be of interest. By registering
for our webinars, you consent to our collection, use and sharing of your information as described in
this Privacy Statement.

Transfer of Data

Your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred to and maintained on computers
located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data
protection laws may differ than those from your jurisdiction.
If you are located outside Ireland and choose to use our Service, please note that we transfer the data,
including Personal Data, to Europe and process it there.
SoftCo will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in
accordance with this Privacy Statement and no transfer of your Personal Data will take place to an
organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of your
data and other personal information.

We will only retain your Personal Data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Service-related services or to assist us in analyzing how
our Service is used.
Our carefully selected partners and service providers may process personal information about you on
our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

We periodically appoint digital marketing agents to conduct marketing activity on our behalf, such
activity may result in the compliant processing of personal information.

Analytics

We may use third-party Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service.

Google Analytics

Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our Service. This data is shared with other Google services. Google may use the collected data to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network.

You can opt-out of having made your activity on the Service available to Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The add-on prevents the Google Analytics JavaScript (ga.js, analytics.js, and dc.js) from sharing information with Google Analytics about visits activity.

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 (“Children”). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. Your legal rights

Under certain circumstances, you have rights under data protection laws in relation to your data. These rights are to (i) request access to your data, (ii) request correction of your data, (ii) request erasure of your data, (iii) object to the processing of your data, (iv) request restriction of your data or (v) request transfer of your data.

To withdraw your consent, please contact the Privacy Officer. Once we have received notification that you have withdrawn your consent, we will no longer process your information for the purpose or purposes you originally agreed to unless we have another legitimate basis for doing so in law.

We will respond to your request in writing, or orally if requested, as soon as practicable and in any event within one month of receipt of your request. Occasionally it may take us longer than a month if your request is particularly complex or you have made a number of requests. In this case, we will notify you and keep you updated. We may request proof of identification to verify your request. All requests should be addressed to our Compliance Officer by email at compliance@softco.com.

You will not have to pay a fee to access your data (or to exercise any of the other rights) but we may charge a reasonable fee if your request is manifestly unfounded, repetitive or excessive. Alternatively, we may refuse to comply with your request in these circumstances.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.

We will let you know via email and/or a prominent notice on our Service, prior to the change becoming effective and update the “effective date” at the top of this Privacy Policy.
