
SoftCo provide Concrete Improvements in Customer Service for Kilsaran

Kilsaran, a leading independent supplier of concrete products, with over 600 employees has announced major efficiencies in customer response times following the implementation of SoftCo’s online Customer Self-Service solution. Kilsaran customers are now able to log in securely to the SoftCo system to view their proof-of-delivery (POD) dockets online.
Prior to the implementation of the SoftCo customer self service solution, requests for PODs placed a substantial administrative burden on Kilsaran staff. Customers can now access their PODs directly which has allowed Kilsaran to deploy their AP staff more effectively.
According to Suzanne Ward, Financial Controller, Kilsaran, “The reaction has been brilliant, the number of customers using this service has greatly exceeded our expectations,”
Kilsaran have implemented SoftCo’s award winning Document management system since 2003. Susan Spence, Group Director SoftCo added, “We are delighted to see Kilsaran further their use of the SoftCo system to gain efficiencies in today’s competitive environment.”
