Marketing Executive - USA
SoftCo develop software solutions that reduce costs, streamline business processes and enable organisations to meet compliance obligations. With over 900 customers across multiple industry sectors including logistics, financial services, healthcare, legal, and government, SoftCo is a global organisation with offices in Dublin, New York, London and Johannesburg.
Based in New York and reporting to the Head of Marketing, SoftCo are looking to appoint a Marketing Executive to represent SoftCo in the US Market and establish new distribution channels for our products and the develop our existing customer base. The successful candidate will be responsible for all PR and marketing activity and will work closely with Global Marketing team to expand SoftCo’s US presence.
Responsibilities:
- To create and manage marketing and PR campaigns within the US
- Liaise with SoftCo’s US PR advisors and Enterprise Ireland
- Organisation and coordination of corporate events, trade shows and seminars
- Developing and implementing US specific marketing plans and strategies
- To identify and build relationships with key system integrators and ISV’s
- To provide marketing support to the SoftCo direct team within the region
Your profile:
- A minimum of 3 years experience in marketing, preferably in the Software Industry
- Strong background in PR and corporate event organization
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Good organizational skills
- The ability to identify and expand business opportunities
Ideally:
- Solid knowledge of supply chain and distribution channels
This is an exciting opportunity represent a dynamic and successful Irish company with key responsibly for all marketing activity within that region. There will be travel between the US and Head Office in Ireland but the role will be primarily based in the US.
