Product Marketing Manager
SoftCo develop Storage, Document & Business Process Automation solutions that reduce costs, streamline and improve key business processes, protect critical content over its entire lifecycle and enable organisations to meet compliance obligations. With over 900 customers across multiple industry sectors including logistics, financial services, healthcare, legal, and government, SoftCo is a global organisation with offices in Dublin, New York, London and Copenhagen.
SoftCo have a strong product portfolio consisting of on-premise and on-demand software solutions within the business process automation and document archive industry.
We are recruiting an experienced and dynamic Product Marketing Manager to spearhead the marketing of these innovative solutions working with an existing marketing group.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Develop and implement product marketing plans to deliver SoftCo’s market growth objectives.
- Work closely with the global sales teams to develop complementary marketing and brand programs in support of sales targets in each channel market.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop complementary marketing and brand programmes in support of sales targets in both direct and channel markets.
- Ensure all products are fully supported by professional communication materials suitable for direct and channel sales activities.
- Manage complementary external relationships with 3rd party suppliers, advisors and partners.
- Monitor relative positioning of the product portfolio, maintaining insight on competitor products and regulatory developments.
Requirements:
- A third level degree or similar qualification in Marketing or Business.
- Significant experience in product marketing (B2B and online), ideally for a software related product
- Proven record in shaping marketing programmes, testing methods, and measuring impact.
- A solid understanding of business process analysis.
- Good knowledge of IT.
- A strong work ethic with good organisational and analytical skills.
- Creative, motivated, enthusiastic individual with the ability to multitask and work on own initiative.
- Ability to write effective marketing materials in fluent English within tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in all standard MS Office applications.
